While cutting, it'd be wise to track your steps as they're a pretty decent proxy for your total activity.
The best part about tracking steps is it's remarkably EASY!
Why?
Because you don't even have to do it!
All you need to do is purchase a Fit Watch of your choosing, keep it on your wrist, and let it count your steps for you!
Any Fit Watch will do...
Apple Watch
FitBit
Garmin
Etc.
They all work.
My personal preference is the FitBit Inspire HR2 which happens to be one of the cheapest options out there!
So, if you don't have a Fit Watch, go ahead and grab one now (trust me, it's worth it).
If you already have a Fit Watch, just keep rocking with what you've got!
Once you've got seven days worth of steps logged automatically on your Fit Watch App, you should probably add them up and divide by 7.
OR
You could (AGAIN) just use this Data Log that I'm willing to give you TOTALLY FREE!
