On your journey to your best body possible, hydration is something you'll want to be cognizant of.
Here's what you need to do to stay hydrated:
1) Buy a decent water bottle
2) Keep it with you at all times
3) Drink it when you're thirsty
That's it???
That's it!
People get way too into the weeds with hydration sometimes. It really doesn't need to be any more complicated than this.
If you're hardly drinking any water and your urine is lemon drop yellow, you're probably not drinking enough water.
If you're guzzling water like your life depends on it and you're in the bathroom three times an hour, you're probably drinking TOO MUCH water (yes...there is such a thing).
Aim to be somewhere in the middle.
The tips above should get you there but since I KNOW you guys want a recommendation, I think 1oz of water per every 2 pounds you weigh is a good metric to shoot for each day.
