On your journey to your best body possible, logging your workouts is an ABSOLUTE MUST.
Here's the bottom line:
You can't manage what you don't measure.
Can you make progress if you don't log your workouts?
You most definitely can.
But remember, your goal isn't just to make some progress...
Your goal is to achieve your best body possible.
Your goal is to reach your potential.
There is no chance you're getting there without logging...NO CHANCE!
Just do it and thank me later.
P.S. If you don't know where to begin with logging, check out my Workout Programs page.
I offer Custom Training Plans, Group Hypertrophy Programming, and Ready-Made Training Plans. ALL making logging your workouts VERY easy!
If this doesn't interest you, just focus on writing down the following things each time you resistance train:
- The exercise you performed
- How many sets you performed of that exercise
- How many reps you got on each individual set
- What RIR you landed at on each individual set
- Any pertinent details about each individual exercise/set (could be a note about your positioning, the bench height, your execution, etc.)
