On your journey to your best body possible, stress management will be key to keep you operating at peak capacity.

Here are my top 10 tips for managing stress:

​1) Don't bring it on yourself (partying will stress your body in ways you can't even imagine...ask anyone that's ever gone on a "bender")

2) Use meditation & deep breathing to your advantage

3) Always do things AHEAD of time so you are never rushing to meet a deadline

4) Try not to work so much (Yes, more money is good...but not if it starts to really diminish your quality of life/stress you out)

5) Build leisurely/relaxing activities into your schedule

6) If you're feeling overworked, take a break (breaks can last 5 minutes or 2 days depending on the context)

7) Never be afraid to ask for help

8) Keep a positive outlook

9) Accept the things you can't change (focus only on controlling the controllables)

10) Seek out humor
